Track Transaction
Transaction Tracking allows users to monitor the real-time progress and movement
of a transaction across the procurement and supply chain lifecycle using a
Tracking Number.
- Enter the Tracking Number in the input field.
- Click Track to view transaction history.
- The system displays a timeline of recorded actions.
- Use Print to generate a hard copy of the tracking record.
The Tracking Number is a unique reference assigned to a transaction.
It remains the same as the transaction progresses through PR, PO, IAR,
RIS, and other stages.

Each entry in the timeline represents a recorded event such as:
- Transaction creation
- Approval or endorsement
- Issuance, receipt, or posting
- Blue dot – Most recent activity
- Gray dots – Previous actions
- End-Users – Can track transactions using the tracking number
- GSO / Warehouse – Full visibility of all transaction logs
- BAC / Accounting – Can verify transaction progress for compliance

- Always use the official tracking number shown in system-generated forms
